Great service. Delicious food. Recommend for any of your catering needs; graduation, birthday, retirement, office or any holiday party. They had an appeasing display and did everything with servant hearts.
They catered a Cinco de Mayo fiesta for one of our resident events, and the food was amazing! Even with such short notice, they were able to accommodate us quickly and truly bring our vision to life. The staff was wonderful very hands-on, attentive, and ready to serve throughout the event. Communication was clear and professional during the entire process, which made everything stress free. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to booking them again for future events!
We used Fusion Creates for my daughter’s birthday party. From the start, Eladia was receptive to my requests and prompt with responses. She worked with my budget and provided creative additions to the plan to make the event extra special for my daughter. Guests raved about the meal in appearance and taste. Eladia prepared individual lunch boxes for each guest containing a sandwich or wrap, fruit salad, chips, drink and utensils. It made serving the meal quick and easy! We added a balloon garland to the decor for a lovely backdrop. Finished off the party with a delicious and unique strawberry and cream cake. I will happily recommend Fusion Creates Meals.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures because I was too busy eating! The food was delicious and flavorful. The presentation was well planned. Eladia & her husband DJ Rich are all around truly wonderful people. The food was amazing the attention to detail and service that knocks them out of the park. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would also like to say thank you for being so patient and supportive with all my questions! Definitely will be booking again ❤️
I highly recommend Fusion Creates Meals, Eladia Mercado! We hired her to make all of the food for our daughter's wedding and are 100% happy! Everyone raved a about the flavor, presentation and professional staff. She's very easy to work with. If you're looking for a DJ, I'd also recommend her husband, Rich, owner of DJ at Tampa Events. He keeps the party going! Together they make a dynamite team. Individually they are each just really down to earth yet very professional.

Every detail captured the 1920s vibe and created the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable celebration. It truly felt like stepping into a Gatsby soirée! DJ Tampa / Richard Group was phenomenal. Eladia, the owner and chef, created an unforgettable dining experience that our guests are still raving about days later! Every dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, but my personal favorite was the pernil. It was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor—and to make it even more special, Eladia saved some of the crispy skin for me because she knew how much I loved it! You can truly taste the love and passion she puts into her cooking. From the amazing variety of dishes to the masterful presentation, every detail was executed flawlessly. Eladia went above and beyond to make sure our wedding meal was something special, and she absolutely delivered. Not only is she an exceptionally talented chef, but she is also a wonderful person and a true class act.
